This program enabled emerging entrepreneurs to launch their projects, paving the way for economic independence and growth within families. The grants were distributed as follows:
- 400 grants for livestock breeding projects
- 230 grants for women-specific projects
- 300 grants for various commercial businesses
- 341 grants for ownership of productive assets, including the purchase of motors
- 150 construction and restoration projects
- 143 agricultural projects
- 77 economic service projects.
