The awareness project on the importance of family planning, which was implemented by Oxfam in the Abs and Al-Zahra regions, is one of the important projects that aimed to enhance health awareness among local communities regarding family planning and family planning. The project lasted for four years, from 1998 to 2001. Training workshops were conducted for families and health workers on the importance and benefits of family planning. Awareness campaigns were launched in the targeted villages and areas to disseminate information and distribute guidebooks. Awareness teams conducted home visits to targeted families to provide consultations and answer inquiries. Working with local health centers to provide family planning services and make them available to families. Number of beneficiaries: About 5,000 men and women in the targeted areas.
