As a non-profit organization, ADO is committed to preventing and stopping fraud, embezzlement, abuse, sexual harassment, exploitation, support for terrorism, discrimination, and other unlawful behavior.

Safeguarding means protecting children’s health, well-being, and human rights; enabling them to live free from harm, abuse, and neglect through high-quality health and social care.

What does safeguarding mean for those who can access care services?

Safeguarding services at the organization include:

ADO want to know if you suspect, observe, or experience any unlawful behavior. The sooner we detect any irregularities in our organization, the sooner we can take action.

ADO encourage you to share any concerns you may have. All employees, volunteers, contractors, suppliers, project beneficiaries, and any third party can use this service to report any unlawful behavior through the organization’s official website.

All reports of unlawful behavior are taken seriously by the organization’s Complaints and Suggestions Officer, and follow-up and investigation will be conducted in record time.
Reports can be submitted anonymously, and confidentiality will be maintained as much as possible, consistent with the need for a proper investigation.

ADO takes reporting of unlawful behavior seriously and maintains data protection.
