Introduction to the organization
The Abs Developmental Organization for Women and Children is a neutral, non-profit humanitarian organization working in the humanitarian and development field. It was founded in 1996 and operates in all Yemeni governorates.
The Abs Development Organization invites all consultants, offices, companies and engineering service providers to apply for the qualification process to register on the list of consultants qualified to provide consulting services issued by it to study construction and engineering works in the following areas:
Study and design of construction/construction/rehabilitation of buildings (health facilities, government buildings, schools, technical institutes, etc.) and all their annexes.
Study and design of building/construction/rehabilitation of roads (grading, paving, asphalt, retaining walls, culverts, bridges, etc.)
Study and design of construction/construction/rehabilitation of water facilities (tower tanks, stone surface tanks, barriers and dams, water basins, irrigation canals, flood buffers…etc.) and all their accessories.
Study and design of building/construction/rehabilitation of water networks and all their accessories
Study and design of construction/construction/rehabilitation of irrigation networks and all their accessories
Study and design of construction/construction/rehabilitation of sewage networks and all their accessories
Study and design of construction/construction/rehabilitation of sewage treatment plants and all their accessories
Study and design of construction/construction/rehabilitation of water purification and desalination plants and all their accessories
Study and design of construction/construction/rehabilitation of underground and surface wells, arteries and all their accessories
Study and design of solar pumping systems
Study and design of electric pumping systems
Study and design of electrical stations
Hydrological studies
Geophysical studies
Environmental and social studies
Studies and specifications of medical equipment, supplies and tools
Construction project evaluation studies
Engineering surveys for construction projects
Water quality tests
Tests of construction materials (soil, cement, clay, cement, iron, concrete cubes, endurance tests for manhole covers, etc.)

• • Required technical attachments:
    A list of the technical team consisting of engineers specialized in preparing technical studies in various fields (survey, architectural, structural, electrical designs, sanitary and mechanical works, roads, etc.), clarifying their experiences and qualifications, and attaching CVs for each one of them.
    A profile of the bidder’s office showing capabilities, previous experiences, and any other information that would enhance this.
    A list of engineering and technical equipment, devices and supplies, including but not limited to (surveying devices, engineering equipment, means of transportation, etc.) and any other equipment related to the subject of the required engineering and technical studies.
    Registration documents with official authorities (commercial registry, profession licence, tax card…etc.)
    Companies, offices or individuals wishing to register must not be included in the blacklist issued by official authorities or have previously been convicted of a criminal or administrative incident that affects honesty in dealings or good reputation.
    Please note that this is not an invitation to bid, and no proposals or quotations are required at this stage.
    This invitation is also not obligatory to issue any tenders or issue any contracts to companies or individuals who have expressed their interest through submission.
    No submission will be considered after the deadline specified in this announcement.
    Any company, office, or individual wishing to register and fill out the registration application form undertakes that all information provided is current and accurate and does not contain any ambiguity or misleading. It also agrees to allow the organizer to disclose and verify the information from any party, at any time, and for any purpose.
