ADO in partnership with UNHCR held today 19-6-209 workshop on Complaints mechanism and feedback as it is one of the best outlets that enable beneficiaries to deliver their suggestions and difficulties they encounter during receiving the services provided by the organization. Confirming that ADO and UNHCR are interested in hearing the beneficiaries’ voice and taking it in consideration which will contribute to improve the quality of service.
