Oxfam/Abs Computer Training Project

In 2007, we launched a computer training program in Hajjah/Abs, Yemen, with the aim of equipping individuals with essential digital skills for a brighter future.

This project recognizes the importance of technology in today’s world and the opportunities it can create for personal and professional growth. Bridging the Digital Divide,through our computer training program, we have empowered 1,200 community members to acquire basic computer skills. ِ

By providing access to computer training, we are helping individuals open new career paths and enhance their ability to contribute to their families and communities. This initiative not only promotes self-reliance, but also strengthens the local economy, paving the way for a more prosperous future for all. Together, we are working to create a society where everyone has the tools to succeed in an increasingly digital world.
