Abs Development Organization for Woman and Child ADO
29 years of change – empowering women and youth in Yemen, transforming their lives through education, health, livelihood support, and related humanitarian sectors.
Abs Development Organization for Woman and Child (ADO), is a national, humanitarian, non-profit, non-governmental organization that adopts a strong approach based on a well-thought-out strategy to reach the most vulnerable women, children, displaced and host communities in disadvantaged rural areas of Yemen. Since its establishment in 1996, the organization has promoted an integrated, multi-sectoral response. It has earned the trust of most United Nations agencies, received significant funding, and distinguished itself by focusing on the essence of life (women) and following a community participation approach, because it believes that change begins with the community.
